At Prosperity Planning, we believe great financial planning is about more than just numbers, it’s about people, families, and the legacies they build. As a proudly independent, women-led firm based in the Westshore of Victoria, BC, we specialize in helping individuals, families, and business owners create clarity and confidence in every stage of life.

Founded by Dale Collins and now led in partnership with her daughter, Certified Financial Planner® Courtney Castledine, Prosperity Planning brings decades of experience and a deeply personal approach to financial advice. We understand the unique complexities of succession planning, intergenerational wealth transfer, and corporate strategy, because we’ve lived them ourselves.

Our services include:
• Holistic Financial Planning
• Investment and Retirement Planning
• Corporate and Succession Planning
• Insurance and Risk Management
• Pension and Government Benefit Guidance
• Wealth Planning for Families and Business Owners

We’re proud to serve clients across British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario, and provide specialized advice for those with investable assets over $250,000.

At the heart of our work is a commitment to transparency, trust, and community. Whether you're planning for retirement, navigating a business transition, or building a legacy for the next generation, we’re here to guide the way.

Let’s build prosperity, together.
