Lidia Lenhardt

Lidia Lenhardt has a diverse work experience spanning from 2012 to the present. Lidia started their career as a Management Consultant intern at the Ministry of Public Administration and Justice in 2012. Following that, they worked as a Junior Management Consultant at Navidea Ltd., where they conducted focus groups and assessed leadership performance.

Lenhardt also gained experience as a Junior Management Consultant at ESZA Társadalmi Szolgáltató Nonprofit Kft., where they provided analytical support on tenders. Lidia then joined PwC as a Junior Management Consultant, specializing in State Aid & Incentive Services.

In 2013, they took on the role of a Trade Marketing trainee at L'Oréal for a brief period. Lidia continued their consulting career at eGov Consulting Ltd., starting as a Junior Management Consultant and progressing to become a Senior Management Consultant.

Lenhardt then joined Crowe Ireland as an Assistant Manager in Consulting, where they focused on risk management. Lidia later became a Manager in Consulting, leading multiple risk-based audit assignments and managing client relationships.

Their most recent role is as an Internal Audit Manager in Corporate Assurance at Prosperity Advisers Group, which they started in 2023. Throughout their career, Lenhardt has demonstrated their ability to deliver assignments to a high standard of quality, adhere to strict deadlines and budgets, and foster strong client relationships.

Lidia Lenhardt has a diverse education background. Lidia attended the University of Public Service from 2010 to 2013 and obtained a degree in International Administration. In 2013, they furthered their education at Corvinus University of Budapest, earning a degree in Public Policy Management with a focus on Economics, which they completed in 2015. During this time, they also studied at Sciences Po from 2014 to 2015 and received a Master degree in Affaires Européennes, specializing in Political Science and Government.

Additionally, Lidia has acquired several certifications to enhance their skillset. In 2012, they obtained a certification in European Union Grants and Tenders / National Qualifications Register from ESZA Társadalmi Szolgáltató Nonprofit Kft. Two years later, in 2015, they secured the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice. Most recently, in 2018, they earned the PRINCE2® Foundation Certificate in Project Management, also from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
