Bob M

Bob M has a diverse work experience in the field of workforce innovation and IT staffing. Bob started their career in 2011 as a SR. Executive - Resource Management at Pyramid Consulting, where they served the Telecom National Accounts industry practice team. In 2014, they joined V-Soft Consulting Group, Inc. as a Sr. Manager - Recruitments/Client Services, where they led a team in providing quality IT resources to clients. From 2016 to 2017, they worked at UF&S Consultants as a Sr. Manager - Recruitments & Operations, leading and supervising a team of recruiters and implementing innovative sourcing strategies. Currently, since 2018, Bob M is working at Prosperix as an Ops Implementation Manager, contributing to the company's workforce innovation solutions.

Bob M completed a Certified Course in Advances in Strategic Human Resource Management (HRM) at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay in the year 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the Great Lakes Institute of Management. In addition, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from the Aveta Business Institute in February 2022.
