Kelly Knutson has a diverse range of work experience. Starting in 1999, they worked in strategic marketing at Thomson Reuters for seven years. From 2006 to 2008, they served as an Inside Sales and Account Manager at Digital River, managing software clients and optimizing affiliate programs and website usability. From 2011 to 2021, Kelly worked at 2Checkout as a Regional Sales Manager, focusing on acquiring new clients and building long-term relationships. In 2020, they became a Board Member at Bountiful Basket Food Shelf, where they helped provide hunger relief in the community. Starting in 2021, Kelly joined Chargebee as an Account Executive and later became the Head of Ecommerce, leading the company's sales efforts in North America and leveraging their experience in payments, billing, retention, and partner ecosystems. Currently, Kelly is the Head of Sales at ProsperStack, helping D2C and SaaS companies reduce voluntary churn with cancel deflection software integrated with billing platforms and robust analytics.

Kelly Knutson received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Sociology from Concordia College, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. Kelly then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Entrepreneurial Studies from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, graduating in 2008.
