Project Management Team

The Project Management Team at Prospiant is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the execution of controlled environment agriculture (CEA) projects, including the development and installation of custom-designed greenhouses and cannabis ecosystems. They ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. The team collaborates closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to manage resources, timelines, risks, and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
