Simon Gibson

Simon Gibson is the Founder and Director of AceGrad, an Early Careers Consultancy and Student Capability Specialist established in 2017. With over a decade of experience in student recruitment across various sectors, Simon has held several significant roles, including Talent Acquisition Specialist at BHP and Campus Recruitment Senior Consultant at EY. Simon also served as Head of Graduate Recruitment & Development at APM until 2023 and presently collaborates with Prosple on innovative projects in the early careers industry. They hold a degree in Human Resource Management from Queensland University of Technology and have expanded their knowledge through a course on Sustainable Development from edX.
