Iris Alchanati

Iris Alchanati is currently the Lab Manager at Protai. Iris has over 20 years of experience in the field of research and has worked as a Research Scientist, Senior Scientist, Project Manager, and Senior Research Scientist. Iris has a PhD in Biochemistry from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and their research interests include protein biochemistry and proteomics.

Iris Alchanati has a M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Food Engineering and Biotechnology from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
