Joshua H. has extensive experience in cybersecurity and operations management, currently serving as the Director of Cyber Operations for the Tennessee Air National Guard, where leadership includes overseeing a $20 billion budget for military enhancements in Bulgaria. Additionally, Joshua is the Information Security Engineering and Operations Lead for the U.S. Department of Justice and the Founder/Chief Security Officer of protasec, focusing on improving security for small businesses. In previous roles, Joshua has directed security advisory services at Rapid7, led cyber security initiatives for the Tennessee Democratic Party, and held various positions in the U.S. Air Force and its reserve services. Academically, Joshua holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Leadership and a Master of Science in Security and Resilience/Cyber Policy, among other relevant qualifications.
