Mike Chen

Mike Chen is an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Director at Protean Electric since April 2016, having previously held managerial roles at 捷普 and led new product introduction and factory design initiatives. With a strong background in NPI management at Nokia Siemens Networks and project management at Motorola Solutions, Mike has successfully overseen new product qualifications and transfers. Earlier experience as a Senior Process Development Engineer at Freescale Semiconductor focused on developing assembly processes and improving production quality. Mike holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Tianjin University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering.
