Prashant Ghodake

Prashant Ghodake is a sustainability leader and ESG strategist with over two decades of experience in integrating environmental, social, and governance priorities into business strategy. Currently serving as the Head-Vice President of ESG Impact & CSR at Protean eGov Technologies, Prashant has shaped the organization's Net Zero Carbon roadmap and has published its inaugural Sustainability Report. Previously, Prashant held leadership roles at HDFC Bank and IndusInd Bank, where they notably enhanced ESG frameworks and reporting standards. Prashant earned a Master’s degree in Environment Management and continues to advance their education in Botany & Seed Technology at Shivaji University.
