Jeff Griffith teaches Emergency Medical Education as an Adjunct Faculty member at Palomar College and serves as a Fire Captain at Palomar Airport. Previously, Griffith was a Director on the Board of Directors for Palomar Health from 2012 to 2025 and had a lengthy career with Cal Fire, retiring as a Fire Captain after three decades of service. Additionally, Griffith held the position of Fire Captain at Capstone Fire & Safety Management and maintains a commitment to interagency cooperation and safety compliance in all operations.
