Kate Desmidt

Kate DeSmidt is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as Human Resource Director at Pro-Tec Fire Services, Ltd since September 2021, Kate previously held multiple positions at CONNECT, powered by American Family Insurance from 2013 to 2021, including Human Resources Assistant and Administrative Services Supervisor. Prior to that, Kate spent two decades at Dental Associates, where responsibilities ranged from Clinic Manager overseeing 10 clinics and up to 800 staff members to supervising administrative services and patient care coordination. This diverse background in human resources and operational management is supported by a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Carroll University.
