Randy Berger is the Regional Fire Chief for Pro-Tec Fire Services in the Northeast Region, a position held since 2024. Previously, they worked as a Pre Planning Specialist at Fire Planning Associates from 2016 to 2021 and served as an ARFF Captain at Pro-Tec Fire Services from 2007 to 2021. Additionally, Randy has been the Deputy Chief at Upper Makefield Fire Company since 1987 and owned RPB Painting from 1996 to 2017. They obtained a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania between 1989 and 1993.
