Smitha L is a seasoned leader with 14 years of exemplary service in the Indian Army, adept at navigating VUCA environments. They have led diverse teams of over 300 soldiers, achieving a 100% success rate on challenging missions while fostering collaboration and enhancing performance. Smitha has contributed as a Military Officer with the United Nations, executing critical security assessments and managing logistics. Currently, they serve as AVP GRC at ProTechmanize and are pursuing a business administration program at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. Smitha is also an accomplished mountaineer, having summited both Mount Everest and Kilimanjaro.
