Utsav Thapa

Utsav Thapa is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems administration and service management. Currently serving as Service Desk Manager and System Administrator at Protecht since January 2022, Utsav has gained valuable insights in managing IT support services. Prior experience includes a role as System Administrator at SAPE Group from August 2019 to December 2021, and as IT Administrator at Master Instruments PTY Ltd. from September 2014 to June 2018. Utsav holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, both attained from Charles Sturt University.
