Rob Carpenter has extensive experience in project management and sales within the food service and environmental sectors. Currently serving as Commercial Project Manager for Protect Environmental since January 2022, Rob previously held the position of National Sales Director for SignResource from March 2019 to July 2020. Prior to that, Rob was VP of Business Development at The Middleby Corporation and Sales Director for Strategic Accounts at Standex Cooking Solutions Group. Rob's career began at Yum! Brands, where Rob worked as a Senior Engineer from June 2001 to September 2008. Rob earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Louisville Speed Scientific School of Engineering, completing the degree in 1997.
