David Franks is the Chief Executive Officer of Protect Group, a global leader in refund protection and UK employee benefits solutions, since 2023. With a rich career in finance, David founded Blevins Franks in 1975, building it into a significant firm specializing in expatriate tax and investments, which was sold in 2012. David's earlier experiences include roles as a Lending Officer at Chase Manhattan Bank and a Chartered Accountant at Arthur Andersen & Co.
