Protect The Child Foundation (PTCF) is a Nigerian based Non Governmental Organization committed to the protection and defense of the innocence of children against all forms of sexual abuse and exploitation. 

Child sexual abuse thrives where there is ignorance, silence, and secrecy. PTCF as an organization, embarks on advocacy, seminars trainings, campaigns and sensitization of children, parents and guardians, teachers and 
caregivers in schools, places of worship, media and other fora with the goal of curbing the menace of child sexual abuse. 

PTCF has the goal of preventing, responding and encouraging reportage of child sexual abuse. PTCF has currently reached over three million people (3,000,000) both online and offline through her sensitization programmes in 
schools for children, training of parents, teachers, caregivers and school administration, conferences, webinars and her active social media channels and more.

PTCF has hundreds of hardworking and dedicated volunteers all across the 36 states of the Federation and over twenty-five (25,000) members and followers both online and offline.

As an organization, PTCF is also committed to ending period poverty, breaking the silence and taboos around menstrual health and hygiene. PTCF also engages in puberty talks and activities around Menstrual Health and Hygiene Management (MHM) and free distribution of sanitary pads in schools, communities.
