Bill Snellman is a seasoned environmental and chemical engineer with extensive experience in environmental compliance and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Environmental Engineer at PROtect LLC since March 2025, Bill previously held the position of Senior Chemical Engineer at Barr Engineering Co. from January 2013 to February 2025, focusing on air compliance programs for petroleum refineries. Bill provided environmental compliance support for the Husky Superior Refinery while seconded to Husky Energy from June 2018 to December 2022. Prior to this, Bill worked as a Project Engineer at Cargill, encompassing a wide range of engineering and regulatory analysis tasks. Bill's earlier experience includes a military background as a Civil and Public Affairs NCO in the US Army and involvement as an athlete with the US Junior National Biathlon Team.
