Grant Roach

Grant Roach has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Grant started their career in 2013 as a Wellsite Geologist III at Nomac Services/Chesapeake Energy, where they correlated and combined various geological data to create mudlogs. Grant also collected and analyzed geologic drill cuttings. In 2013, they joined Seventy Seven Energy as a Lead MWD Engineer, where they managed measurement while drilling activities and led a team in the design and implementation of downhole directional data tools.

In 2016, Grant Roach transitioned to the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality, initially as an Air Quality Project Manager. In this role, they performed environmental data assessments and audits, prepared reports, and worked on legal complaints against non-compliant industrial facilities. Grant also used environmental justice tools to aid in the selection of mobile monitoring stations. Subsequently, they became an Air Quality Permit Engineer, where they reviewed permit applications and prepared complex air quality analyses for oil and gas production sites and industrial facilities.

Most recently, Grant Roach joined PROtect LLC in 2021 as an Environmental Consultant. In this role, they provide technical expertise and services for air and water-related permits and plans. Grant prepares annual reports, assists with ongoing compliance needs, and maintains permitting requirements for facilities.

Grant Roach earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Geography and Cartography from The University of Texas at Austin. The start and end years of their education are not provided.
