Will Tenpas is an engineering operator and product generalist currently serving as the Engineering & Operations Manager at PROTECT3D. Will began their career as the first hire at Code Cargo, where they played a pivotal role in developing the company's product strategy and functionality. As a founder of Audiown and College Swim Connect, Will successfully created platforms to connect artists and athletes with their audiences, generating significant revenue. Will holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University and is pursuing a Master of Science in Data Science at the University of Virginia, with aspirations to establish a venture focusing on operational and engineering challenges.
