Protective Factors Group (PFG) is a 501c3 nonprofit foundation focused on leading a mental health revolution. Team PFG is closing the workforce gap, increasing access to mental health services, promoting mental health education, and implementing evidence-based practices. 

On an individual level, behavioral and mental wellness is a critical aspect of human life. Team PFG guides people through inner work to recognize what they do have to produce powerful results of personal change. Team PFG facilitates healing paces for positive mental health outcomes for individuals and families. 

On a family systems level, generational patterns of trauma, unhealthy communication, and rigid roles cause dysfunction in families. By fostering systemic change, Team PFG helps families develop adaptive dynamics that promote resilience, emotional safety, and mutual growth. Team PFG is about reshaping relational patterns for future generations through a resilience lens. 

On a communal level, mental health outcomes should be equitable across all communities. addressing systemic barriers to mental health care, advocating for accessible and inclusive services, and fostering collective healing. Team PFG facilitates community dialogues, trains leaders in trauma-informed practices, and integrates mental health awareness into schools and workplaces. Through advocacy, collaboration with local and national organizations, and promoting culturally responsive interventions, Team PFG is about reshaping social norms around emotional well-being. Team PFG is committed to reducing mental health disparities and stigma in diverse communities.

On a spiritual level, mental wellness helps individuals reconnect with their sense of purpose, inner wisdom, and collective humanity.
