Tim Connon

Tim Connon is a highly experienced Senior System Engineer at Protective Insurance, specializing in Remote Access, Telecommuting Infrastructure, and various security and network environments. With expertise in technologies such as Cisco, VMware, and VoIP systems including Genesys and Interactive Intelligence, Tim leads vendor management and ensures timely delivery of services while resolving critical system-wide issues. Prior to Protective Insurance, Tim served as a Senior Technical Analyst at BCU, where leadership in large-scale infrastructure projects and client network security was paramount. Tim began a career in aviation as an Airport Operations Supervisor at O'Hare and Midway International Airports.
