Brian Shea

Brian T. Shea is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as an Independent Director at Barclays and a Board Member at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. and RBB Funds, Inc., Brian's leadership roles have included significant positions such as Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Investment Services at BNY Mellon, where oversight spanned a global organization of 42,000 employees. Previous positions also encompass Chairman at Pershing and various leadership roles at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation. Brian has contributed to numerous boards, including FINRA, where Brian T. was a Board of Governors member and Chairman of the National Adjudicatory Council. An alumnus of St. John's University, Pace University, and The Wharton School, Brian was awarded an honorary doctorate in Commercial Science.
