Jayashree Kulkarni

From 1997 to 2000, Jayashree Kulkarni worked as a Trainer at Bostons computer institute. In 2003, they joined Reliance BPO as an Assistant Manager of Training until 2009. Since 2013, they have been working at Protegrity, first as a Senior HR & Admin Executive until 2018, and then as a Team Lead - HR, where they have been responsible for HR budgeting, implementation and change of HR strategy, and formulating functional best practices.

Jayashree Kulkarni completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a specialization in Human Resources (PGDBM-HR) from Vidyabhavan, between the years 1980 and 1990.
