William Traenkle

William Traenkle has a strong background in information technology and systems engineering. William worked as a CIO at Xtelesis Corporation since 2018. Prior to that, they were an Information Technology Consultant at Tranquilnet IT Solutions from 2002 to the present. In this role, they provided technical leadership and designed IT solutions for residential and commercial clients. From 2001 to 2003, William was an Assistant Information Technology Coordinator at Associated Students Incorporated (ASI), managing a team of five technology assistants and providing technical support to staff and student users. From 2001 to 2003, they were also a Systems Engineer / Systems Administrator at Traenkle Networks, where they designed and implemented complex LAN/WANs and developed software requirements. From 2000 to 2001, they worked as a Systems Engineer at Xerox / Inxight Software, responsible for infrastructure architecture and support of e-commerce solutions. From 1998 to 2000, William served as a Systems Administrator at Associated Students Incorporated (ASI), monitoring server and network performance and providing problem resolution support. William also had internships as a Systems Engineer at CStone Consulting in 1999 and at Ernst & Young in the same year, where they evaluated financial and ERP systems and created business proposals.

William Traenkle attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 1995 to 2000, where they pursued a degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, and Philosophy. Additionally, they also obtained a degree in Computer Engineering and Business during the same time period.
