Protellix is a computational protein engineering company spin-off of CIC bioGUNE (Parque Tecnológico de Bizkaia). We make protein design predictable through AI and wet lab — helping pharma, industrial biotech, and diagnostics companies engineer better proteins faster, without building the infrastructure themselves.

Our proprietary platform LunAI integrates the latest generative AI tools into a single validated pipeline, dramatically reducing the time and cost of protein optimization and de novo design.

We operate as an upstream computational complement to our clients — never competing with their manufacturing or distribution capabilities.
