We develop and manufacture innovative measurement products and offer services utilizing light from the terahertz (THz) frequency range. Our unique THz microprobing devices are breaking the limits of conventional THz imaging tools and open a new path to micron-scale resolution contactless measurements of:

- Sheet resistance distributions of thin-film conductors in touch-screens, displays, OLEDs and solar cells,
- Defect locations in chip packages through time-domain reflectometry (TDR) and
- Near-field distributions of THz waveguides, metamaterials and active/passive devices.
- Buried defects in plastic-structures
