You and your career:

Has your job disappeared because of restructuring?
Are you unhappy in your chosen career ?
Are you ready for a more challenging role and improved financial rewards?
Is your career no longer satisfying?
Are you seeking to move into a different field?
 Have your career priorities changed?

The Proteus solution

Proteus provides constructive, objective and positive help throughout the job search process, and will help to generate a sense of purpose and self-confidence to deliver the most effective results. Records indicate that clients are placed in positions on average 5 or 6 months earlier than when they work alone.

All clients are allocated a personal consultant with whom they work on a planned programme with defined objectives. This typically includes CV preparation, interview training and an extensive marketing campaign usually operating within the unadvertised market. Some 80% of all new jobs commenced by clients are sourced from unadvertised opportunities.

If it is necessary to establish career direction prior to implementation of the jobsearch programme, Proteus offers a range of career planning packages. These incorporate specialised psychometric testing with structured, participative, feedback and anaylsis.
