Proteus Digital started the way most good things do - with no plan, no funding and a lot of belief.

Finley Hyett launched the agency at 17 years old on the streets of Cardiff, knocking on doors and asking businesses if they needed a website. Within a year that had turned into a full team, a studio in the heart of the city and a client roster that includes some of the most exciting brands in the UK.

We are a digital agency based in The Maltings, Cardiff. We manage social media, run Meta ad campaigns, build websites and develop personal brands for businesses across the UK and around the world. Our studio model means we come to you - we film everything, edit everything and post everything. Our remote model means location is never a barrier - clients send us footage from anywhere in the world and we take it from there.

What makes us different is not the platforms we work on. Every agency works on Instagram and TikTok. What makes us different is the thinking that goes into every single piece of content before anyone picks up a camera. We call it the Performance Role Framework. Every post is assigned a role - Attention, Authority, Relatability, Perception or Activation - before a single second is filmed. Nothing goes out without a purpose.

We have worked with Bear Grylls and Dr Alex George's mental fitness platform, independent car dealerships, nurse-led aesthetics clinics, Paralympic athletes, heritage retailers and corporate wellbeing companies. The businesses are different. The approach is always the same. Bold, human content that actually does something.

We are not the biggest agency in Wales. We are working on that. But we are already one of the most ambitious - and the work speaks for itself.

Turning Vision Into Victory.
