Davaar Derrick

Davaar Derrick has extensive work experience in various industries. Davaar started their career as the owner of Brodies Restaurants in 2007 and held this role until December 2011. In 2012, they became the business owner of Craft GEEK. From 2013 to 2018, Davaar worked at Xodus Group, initially as a Project Engineer and then progressed to roles such as Head Document Controller, Internal Auditor, and Office Manager. During this time, they were involved in projects for clients such as Qatar Petroleum, BP Roobasra, and Maersk Oil Qatar, taking responsibility for proposal, planning, cost control, quality compliance, and client interface. Davaar also conducted internal audits and supported external audits. Davaar joined Cigna International in 2018 as a Large Corporate Underwriter, where they were responsible for underwriting profitable risks and managing a personal portfolio. Currently, they are working at Proteus as a Senior Customer Success Specialist, overseeing installation, training, and customer success journey.

Davaar Derrick obtained a Bachelor of Engineering - BE degree in Engineering and Enterprise Management from the University of Strathclyde, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Prior to attending university, Davaar attended Cults Academy for an unspecified duration. Additionally, they also attended The British School Caracas for an unknown period of time.
