Katelyn Diffin

Katelyn Diffin is an accomplished professional in clinical operations, with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. At Prothena Corporation, Katelyn served as the Director of Clinical Trial Management from April 2024 to January 2025. Prior to that, Katelyn held the position of Executive Director of Clinical Operations at a Stealth Biotech Startup from August 2022 to October 2023. Katelyn's career at Amarin Corporation spanned over five years, where responsibilities included Senior Director of Clinical Development, Director of Clinical Development, and Associate Director of Clinical Development. Earlier in the career, Katelyn worked as an Assistant Project Manager at Theradex and as a Project Coordinator at DLB Associates.
