Manoj Kumar

Manoj Kumar has extensive experience in business development and customer service, with a current role as Team Lead for Business Development at Prothious Engineering Services since June 2012. Responsibilities include client initiation and account management at both national and international levels, as well as analyzing user perspectives and devising customized SEM strategies. Prior to this, Manoj worked at HCL Technologies BPO Services as a Senior Customer Service Executive from November 2007 to November 2009, where duties included handling customer inquiries and account management for BT Broadband. Additionally, Manoj was a Process Associate at GENPACT from September 2006 to October 2007, managing queries for policyholders in the life insurance sector. Manoj holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Patna University, completed in 2007.
