Niels Goderie has an extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Niels started their career in 1997 at EDR Credit Services as a Coach and worked there until May 2011. In 2011, they joined COMPAREX Nederland as an Account Manager Lokale Overheid, and later progressed to the role of Senior Account Manager Lokale Overheid from April 2013 to March 2015. From April 2015 to September 2016, they served as a Teamleider Public (lokale overheid) at COMPAREX Nederland. In 2016, they joined COMPAREX as a Sales Manager Public and held the position until September 2020. Most recently, in April 2021, they joined Protinus IT as a Sales Director.

Niels Goderie completed their HBO degree in Coaching from NCOI between 2006 and 2008.
