David Schmidt

David Schmidt is a Managing Director in Protiviti's Lender Due Diligence practice, where they provide crucial due diligence services for both proposed and existing transactions. Since joining Protiviti in 2002, they have led numerous client engagements across various asset classes, including trade receivables and consumer loans. David has extensive experience in lender due diligence, auditing, and risk consulting, and they previously held positions at Arthur Andersen and SC Johnson. David earned an MBA from Loyola University Chicago and a BS in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
