Donna Killmon

Donna Killmon is a senior commercial and product legal counsel with extensive experience in negotiating strategic agreements and advising on privacy, data governance, and responsible AI. Previously, Donna served as a corporate associate with Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and Ropes & Gray LLP, negotiating M&A and private equity agreements. Donna has held significant roles at companies such as Dell EMC and Microsoft, focusing on compliance and revenue generation through contract negotiations. Currently, Donna is a senior counsel at Protiviti and an active board member of the Association of Corporate Counsel Northeast Chapter. Donna's educational background includes a JD from Georgetown University Law Center and an LL.M. in tax from Boston University School of Law.
