Scott Redfearn

Scott Redfearn is the Executive Vice President of Global HR at Protiviti. Scott has over fifteen years of experience in Human Resources, and has held senior positions at both Accenture and Protiviti.

At Accenture, Scott was the Senior Director of HR Architect, where they oversaw a $7 billion Outsourcing organization with 50,000 employees. Scott was responsible for ensuring that the organization was aligned and capable of executing the business strategy, delivering on financial and operational commitments globally, and mitigating the costs and risks associated with transformational change.

Scott joined Protiviti in 2007, and has since held various positions within the company's HR department. In their current role as EVP of Global HR, Scott is responsible for leading Protiviti's global HR strategy and initiatives. Under Scott's leadership, Protiviti has become a recognized leader in the areas of employee engagement, talent management, and diversity & inclusion.

Scott Redfearn reports to Joseph A. Tarantino, President, CEO. They are on a team with Tom McClune - EVP, Global Risk Officer, Susan Haseley - EVP, Global Diversity and Inclusion, and Barbara Rothenstein - EVP, Global Finance & Operations.
