Laura de Jong is currently a Product Development Manager at Protix, having transitioned from a role as Development Specialist in Dairy Essentials at FrieslandCampina, where they led R&D for plant-based development projects from 2022 to 2024. Prior to that, they served as a Development Specialist for the bakery industry at FrieslandCampina from 2017 to 2022. Laura holds a Master’s degree in Food Technology from Wageningen Universiteit en Researchcentrum, along with a Bachelor's degree and a minor in the same field from the same and Københavns Universitet, respectively.
