Peter Costa has over 15 years of experience in client development and market research consultancy. Peter is currently the Head of Client Services at Protobrand, where they use innovative behavioral science-based methods to uncover insights that propel brands to success. Prior to this, they worked as the Executive Director of Client Development at Lucid, LLC and Senior Director and Director of Client Development at Research Now, where they were responsible for managing teams and achieving sales targets. Peter also worked as an Account Manager and Account Executive in Research Now. Peter started their career as a Bilingual Customer Care Representative at RBC Insurance and later worked as a Policy Advisor at Genisystems.
Peter Costa earned an Honours Economics and Financial Management degree in Economics and Finance from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2004. In 2005, they obtained a Canadian Securities Course certification from the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI). In 2010, they attended Landmark, where they did not earn a degree but studied in the Landmark Forum program. Later, in 2014, they earned a Foundations of Digital Marketing Management certificate from the University of Toronto.
