Laura Schaefer

Laura Schaefer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Laura is currently the Chief Operating Officer at ProtoCall Services, Inc., a position they have held since March 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Growth and Business Development from an unknown start date to March 2021. From February 2018 to March 2021, Laura was the Senior Director of Quality and Compliance at ProtoCall Services, Inc., where they were responsible for ensuring organizational-wide quality improvement and compliance with regulatory requirements. Before that, they worked as the Sales and Marketing Director from October 2008 to March 2021, the Director of Account Relations from September 2008 to September 2010, the Manager of Call Center Operations from January 1999 to September 2008, the Clinical Supervisor from May 1998 to December 1998, and the Clinical Specialist II from October 1996 to April 1998. Additionally, Laura is currently volunteering as the Head of Marketing for Maine Roller Derby starting in September 2021.
