Phil Evans has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and organizations. Phil began their career as a Case Manager at Hampton Newport News Community Services Board in 1988. In 1997, they became the Owner of ProtoCall Services, Inc., which is a prominent provider of 24/7 access to behavioral health and crisis services. Phil held the role of President/CEO at ProtoCall Services, Inc. from October 1999. Additionally, they were actively involved in the Employee Assistance Society of North America (EASNA) starting from 2002. Phil held various positions in EASNA, including Board Member, Sponsorship Committee Chair, Treasurer, Vice President, and Association President from 2009 to 2011.
Phil Evans earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania from 1982 to 1986. Phil then pursued further education and completed an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business from 1998 to 2000.
