Global Manager of Support at Protochips

Daniel Frank has a diverse work experience in the technical support field. From 2012 to 2015, they worked at Parata Systems, starting as a Technical Support Analyst II. In this role, they worked directly with "hot-list" accounts, repeat service requests, new installs, and beta customers to ensure satisfaction. Daniel also analyzed and identified technical trends to resolve high-impact issues preemptively, and composed and published technical articles for support staff regarding new or newly resolved product defects. In 2013, they were promoted to Technical Support Specialist III, where they provided level one technical support in a Technical Assistance Center environment, maintained problem ownership and accountability, and followed up on problems, identified recurring issues, process status, and followed through with customers. In 2015, they moved to Protochips, where they served as Global Manager of Support, Customer Support & Implementation Team Lead, and Service Engineer III.

Daniel Frank's education history includes attending Durham Technical Community College to study Business Administration, as well as graduating from Orange High School. Daniel also holds certifications from Udemy, including Web Development Bootcamp - HTML, CSS, and Javascript (obtained in January 2023), Python Programming Bootcamp by Jose Portilla (obtained in February 2022), and CompTIA certifications, including Security + (obtained in December 2014), Network + (obtained in November 2013), and A+ (obtained in June 2013).
