Michael Atkinson

Michael Atkinson has worked in the manufacturing and electronics industry since 1999. Their work experience includes roles such as Manufacturing Manager, Manufacturing Engineer, Lead Manufacturing, Fabrication Technician, Electronics Test Technician, and Electronics Technician. From 1999-2003, they served as a Supervisor/Electronics Technician and Electronics Technician in the United States Navy. From 2009-2013, they worked as an Electronics Technician at InnerPulse. From 2013-2018, they worked as Manufacturing Manager and Lead Manufacturing at G2 Technologies, Inc. and then as Manufacturing Manager and Manufacturing Engineer at Protochips.

Michael Atkinson has a diverse education history. In 1992, they graduated from West Springfield High School with a High School Diploma. Michael then attended the Service School Command, USN in 1999-2000, where they earned an ET A Cert in Advanced Electronics Core. In 2000-2001, they attended Air Traffic Control Maintenance Preparatory, Class G1, Air Tech Training. In 2003, they earned a Cert in High Frequency Radio Group Maintenance (HFRG) from the Fleet Training Center, San Diego CA. Michael also earned Military Certs from the same institution in 2004 for Miniature Electronic Repair, in 2005 for Information Systems Maintenance, and in 2005 for Micro-miniature Electronic Repair Technician. Finally, in 2010-2012, they attended Durham Technical Community College, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) in Engineering.
