Over 30 Years in the Business of Professional Staffing

Originally established in 1987 as an Executive Search Firm, Protocol quickly expanded its services nationally to include a Permanent Placement Division (consisting of Accounting and Finance, Physician Placement, Healthcare and Telehealth), as well as a Temporary Placement Division, a Travel Nurse and Allied Health Professionals Division.

Protocol is a boutique service provider in this industry because we customize our services to comply with our clients’ needs, including the ability to customize our billing statements to meet clients’ requirements necessary for Medicare and other payment mechanisms.

Protocol’s long record of growth has been accomplished with a strong, ethical leadership team, investment into our employees, and concierge-level service to our clients. Each year Protocol continues to grow and expand its focus into innovative and new service divisions to attract and retain national clients who deserve the personal attention Protocol provides to each of our accounts. Each Protocol client receives an assigned Account Manager who specializes in the particular needs and nuances of its organization. Our clients know the continued success of their businesses is dependent on the quality of employees they hire. We continue to earn their trust and commitment based on the employees Protocol provides to them now, and into the future years to come.

Because Protocol Agency has been awarded “A Certificate of Distinction” for healthcare staffing by The Joint Commission, we ensure both the client and TJC compliance requirements are rigorously met.
