Alex Feerst

Alex Feerst is a tech lawyer with extensive experience in the legal aspects of technology and media. They served as an intern to Hon. Sonia Sotomayor at the U.S. Court of Appeals in 2007 and later held various legal positions, including General Counsel at Medium and Neuralink. Currently, Alex is the Principal at Feerst Legal, providing outside general counsel to startups, and holds multiple advisory roles, including Legal Advisor at Chef Robotics and Protocol Labs. They are also a Founding Member of TechGC and a Director at Murmuration Labs, shaping trust and safety policies within the tech industry. Alex is pursuing a BA at Columbia University, a JD at Columbia Law School, and a PhD at Duke University.
