Cathi Vergin

Cathi Vergin currently serves as the Chief of Staff at Protolabs since October 2024. Prior to this role, Cathi Vergin held various positions at Ergotron from 2006 to 2024, including Senior Director of Corporate Strategy and PMO Lead, where strategic initiatives for corporate value creation in Healthcare and Workspace verticals were advanced. As General Manager of the North American Office, Cathi Vergin developed a strategic plan for sales growth, managed the P&L for a $90M business, and mitigated COVID impacts. Experience also includes Director of Product Innovation, leading a team to identify strategic business opportunities, Senior Product Manager overseeing market needs for 16 new products, and Senior Program Manager for the APAC Business Unit. Cathi Vergin's earlier career includes roles at Motorola, Apple Computer, and Manufacturers Services Ltd. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Arizona State University, along with ongoing executive education at Kellogg.
