Jennifer Schultz

Jennifer Schultz has over 20 years of work experience, starting as a Customer Service Representative at Digital River in 2002. Jennifer later transitioned to Quality Assurance roles within the company, eventually becoming a Quality Assurance Manager. In this role, they partnered with product, clients, and technology leaders to execute roadmaps and manage the quality aspects of projects. Jennifer also served as a Quality Assurance Lead, overseeing a team dedicated to Digital River's largest client and establishing metrics to improve quality and project delivery time. Jennifer then moved on to become the Director of Engineering, implementing programs promoting sound engineering practices and agile processes. Most recently, Jennifer joined Protolabs as the Director of Software Quality.

Jennifer Schultz has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and English from the University of Minnesota Duluth. Jennifer also holds certifications in IMPACT leadership from MDA Leadership Consulting, Leadership Immersion Program from Linkage, Inc., and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from ADVANCED QUALITY ENGINEERING LIMITED.
