Patrick Karsnick

Patrick Karsnick has extensive work experience in talent development, leadership training, and culture development. Patrick currently serves as the Global Director of Talent Development & Inclusion at Protolabs since 2019. Prior to this, they were the Director of Leadership & Talent Development at Schwan's Company in 2018 and the Director of Leadership Development and Culture in 2017. Patrick was also the Director of Training at Caribou Coffee & Einstein Bros. Bagels from 2016 to 2017, and the Director of Training at Caribou Coffee from 2010 to 2017. Before that, they held managerial positions in training and development at Buca di Beppo, Cheeseburger in Paradise, Ted's Montana Grill, and Outback Steakhouse. Throughout their career, Karsnick has demonstrated their ability to design and implement effective training strategies, improve employee engagement, drive profitability, and reduce training costs.

Patrick Karsnick attended Clearwater Central Catholic High School for their high school education. Patrick later pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Journalism/Advertising/Public Relations from the University of Central Florida. In addition to their formal education, Patrick has obtained certifications as a Certified EQi2.0 Facilitator in Emotional Intelligence Assessments from MHS Assessments in September 2017, and as a Certified Franklin Covey Great Leader's Program Facilitator from Franklin Covey in September 2012.
