Nathan Mellas

Nathan Mellas is a Design Engineer at Protomet Corporation since March 2021, with a prior role as a Mechanical Design Engineer at DiMonte Group Inc. from May 2013 to March 2021. At DiMonte Group Inc., Nathan contributed significantly to the design and development of advanced electro-mechanical products across consumer, gaming, and industrial sectors, addressing mechanical challenges, utilizing CAD for detailed designs, and engaging in prototyping and testing. Nathan also held the position of Industrial Designer, performing product research and various design tasks that led to the successful launch of several consumer, industrial, and military products. Nathan holds a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Northern Illinois University, attained in 2019, and completed studies at Elgin Community College from 2013 to 2016.
