Enrique Canto

Enrique Canto has extensive work experience in the tech industry. Enrique began their career in 2013 as an iOS Developer at Touchtastic, where they worked until 2015. In 2015, they joined Reactable Systems as a Software Developer, specializing in iOS and C++. During their time there, they were responsible for making the apps aesthetically pleasing and stable, maintaining clean code, and resolving bugs. Enrique also participated in various projects, including creating music plugins using C++ in the JUCE Framework and collaborating on a music sequencing process using Angular JS and web sockets. In 2018, Enrique Canto joined ProtoPixel as a Senior Mobile Engineer, later transitioning to the role of Head of Design in 2022.

Enrique Canto obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Music Theory and Composition from Escuela Superior de Artes de Yucatán, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Enrique later pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Digital Arts from Universitat Pompeu Fabra from 2014 to 2015. In addition, Enrique obtained a certification in "Introduction to Programming for Musicians and Digital Artists" from Coursera in December 2013.
